ThreadGrid runs AI agents on your own computers. Your repositories, prompts, code and AI provider credentials stay on your devices and are not uploaded to ThreadGrid by default.

What our cloud stores

What it needs to run your account: your name, email address, sign-in methods, sessions, and the devices you pair. If you sign in with GitHub, Google or Apple, we receive your basic profile and email from that provider.

Remote control

Traffic between your devices, such as your iPhone approving an action on your Mac, is relayed as end-to-end encrypted messages our servers can't read.

Diagnostics

Crash reports and usage metrics are opt-in, and never include prompts or code. Support bundles are redacted and only sent when you choose to.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your account and its data at any time.
